Engineered multiple arm system solutions completed with our wide range of fans, control equipment and filters.

We offer a wide range of extraction arms for capturing welding fumes and grinding dust at the source. Certain processes and applications require different arm lengths and diameters. Plimovent extraction arms come in working radiuses between 1.0 and 8.8 metres with diameters ranging from 75 to 200 mm. Plymovent offers a wide range of filters, from small single filters to large modular, self-cleaning filters that can be expanded to meet the needs of your growing company. The Multiple Arm System will automatically monitor how many workspaces are being used at any given time and adjust the air volume accordingly. By automatically adjusting the controls, the system will maintain the air flow performance at each fume extractor regardless of the pressure drop in the filters. You will also save energy by operating an automatic extraction system. As a result, your use of electricity and overall energy consumption will be lowered significantly and your ROI (return on investment) will be shorter. In hazardous environments, investing in at-source capture results in fewer absences due to illness and improved employee retention.

A state-of-the-art Plymovent system will automatically monitor and adjust the air volume needed depending on how many workplaces are being used at any given time. The controls in the system will automatically adjust to the pressure drop in mechanical filters and maintain the air volume performance at each fume extractor. An automatically controlled extraction system will also lower your energy consumption. It will enable you to substantially lower your use of electricity and overall energy consumption and therefore give a shorter ROI (return on investment). You will also make a contribution to improving the global environment. Investing money in at-source capture in hazardous environments results in less absence due to illness and better retention of employees.
