We have over 20 years of experience designing, building, and installing dust and fume extraction systems. Our Push-Pull system solves all your issues regarding masses of fumes hovering around metal workspaces. We generally recommend these for large workshops; however, they can be an ideal solution for other workspaces too. If you are unsure whether or not a Push Pull System is suitable for your workplace, then you can speak to our engineers on 0116 2764522, who will provide honest and impartial advice

Continue reading this blog post to learn more about how our push-pull systems work and some of its benefits.

About our Push Pull Systems

Our Push-Pull Systems have been proven to be highly effective. So much so, that our systems have been installed in manufacturing facilities across the UK.

Our Push-Pull System works by removing the large masses of dangerous fumes that linger above metal working stations. This innovative system not only protects your employees by eliminating fumes but can also help to keep your facility clean too.

Some of the features of our Push-Pull System include low levels of noise, low running costs, exceptional performance, and reduced amount of fine dust.

Design and Build of our Push Pull Systems

All of our Push Pull Systems are bespoke. That is why we carry out an in-depth inventory of your facility layout and operations. The parameters of our inventory include application processes, manufacturing processes, operator procedures, existing ventilation, and air movements for the overall volume of the workshop. We also need to make ourselves familiar with obstructions to make the Push-Pull System the ideal solution for you.

Installation of our Push Pull Systems

We will work with you throughout the entire process to ensure that you encounter little to no disruption to your processes during the installation phase.
